By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and services:

1. Image Copyright

I, HoneyDipply, retain full rights to the original artwork. I have full permission to post said artwork to any social media platforms I use, unless otherwise agreed upon before the start of the commission.

The client has my permission to repost the artwork with proper credit to any of my social media handles they choose. The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for commercial purposes.

The client has my permission to alter my artwork for personal uses only; i.e. updating a character's appearance, adding a background, cropping, etc; so long as the image is not duplicated for use of another character entirely.

2. Payment Process

All payments to be made through Paypal.

A sketch will be provided for approval before payment is requested. 100% of payment is expected within 48 hours upon approval unless a different time frame has been communicated and agreed upon before the start of the commission.

If client fails to provide payment within the appropriate time frame, the commission will be cancelled and the sketch may or may not be reused for future commissions.

Refund Policy

All refunds vary case by case.

If the commission is cancelled due to the artist's inability to complete a piece, a 100% refund will be given.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
